Suicide prevention doesn’t start in a moment of crisis. It starts long before, in the everyday systems, relationships, and habits that help people feel seen, supported, and connected.

When those things are in place, people are better able to build healthy relationships at home, work, school, and within their communities.

At Vibrant, we believe suicide prevention is a shared responsibility, one built through accessible services, trusted resources, strong relationships, and everyday acts of care. No single person or system can carry it alone. But everyone has a part to play.

Access. Resources. Belonging. Noticing.

Below, you’ll find resources and information for each, how Vibrant applies them, and ways for you to use them throughout Suicide Prevention Awareness Month.
