Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month

At Vibrant Emotional Health, we believe mental health is a shared journey that grows stronger when we show up for ourselves and each other. That’s why we’ve created something simple, joyful, and surprisingly powerful for Mental Health Awareness Month: Mental Health BINGO.
It’s a feel-good, do-good challenge packed with small but mighty actions you can take for your own well-being, for a friend, for a loved one, and for your community.
Through the month of May—Mental Health Awareness Month—we encourage you to create space everyday connection and care by filling the card spaces. Caring for your mental health doesn’t have to be overwhelming. This BINGO card is a gentle reminder that joy, connection, and support are within reach every day.
What’s on the BINGO Card? We’ve broken it down into five categories:
- For Yourself: Quick wins to help you pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself
- For A Friend: Simple ways to check in and show up for someone you care about
- For A Loved One: Gentle gestures that build deeper relationships
- For Your Community: Acts of kindness that ripple outward
- Wildcard: Flexible ideas for any time you need a boost
Here’s how to play:
- Download or print the Mental Health BINGO card (scroll down to grab it)
- Pick one square each day (or more, if you’re feeling ambitious)
- Mark off each one as you complete it
You can play solo, with a friend, or even challenge your workplace or community group to join in.
Whether you’re texting someone a meme to make them smile, or volunteering in your community, you’re helping build a culture of emotional wellness. And that’s what Vibrant is all about.
