Staying in Balance: Healthy Solutions to Workplace Stress is a workshop series facilitated by Vibrant’s Center for Policy, Advocacy and Education to promote workplace and personal wellness. The series is available in multiple modalities including in-person workshops, customized interactive real-time web-based workshops, and self-guided online workshop modules. Modules cover: reducing workplace stress; reducing personal stress; information about how to access services; and supporting the emotional needs of workers including education on how to help managers identify workers need professional help and how to talk with them.
