Vibrant Emotional Health Receives Grant from the McKesson Foundation
Funding will help support the expansion of the 988 Lifeline’s services and capabilities
NEW YORK, NY (July 5, 2023) – Vibrant Emotional Health (Vibrant), one of the nation’s leading mental health organizations and the nonprofit administrator of the national 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988 Lifeline), announced today that it received a $100K grant from the McKesson Foundation to support the 988 Lifeline as it provides 24/7, confidential support for people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.
Vibrant’s groundbreaking solutions have delivered high-quality services and support when, where, and how people need it for over 50 years. With the help of the McKesson Foundation, Vibrant will continue to expand the reach and impact of the 988 Lifeline, ensuring that more individuals in need can receive immediate assistance during times of crisis.
