For 50 years, Vibrant Emotional Health has been at the forefront of promoting emotional well-being for all people.

As leaders, advocates, educators, and innovators in mental health, we have been raising awareness and offering support to everyone who is struggling. As part of this, Vibrant Emotional Health operates more than 20 national and local suicide prevention and mental health call, text, and chat hotlines.

Vibrant Emotional Health is releasing Requests for Information (RFIs) for both a Contact Center System and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for use in our NYC contact center along with centers associated with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network.

We are seeking a solution partner for two efforts: 1) to provide a Contact Center System, and 2) to provide a Customer Relationship Management System, both of which are capable of supporting our current and future growth.

Vendors may complete the questionnaire for one or both of the RFIs. Eligible vendors from the RFI process will be given the opportunity to participate in the RFP process.

You have 48 hours to return the executed NDA to Vibrant Emotional Health. Upon Vibrant Emotional Health’s receipt of the signed NDA, you will receive the RFP.

The deadline to submit responses to the Contact Center System RFP is June 25th, 2021.
The deadline to submit responses to the Customer Relationship Management System RFP is June 18th, 2021.
