This Mental Health Awareness Month, Vibrant Emotional Health is launching a nationwide campaign that invites people to use their voices.
Each of our voices are powerful and can help others feel less alone.
To make it easy to use your voice, we’ve created this Social Media Ambassador Toolkit. Inside, you’ll find prompts, example posts, and graphics designed to help you share the story in a way that feels safe, supportive, and authentic.
We are so grateful for your voice and willingness to show up. Every story, reflection, or message of support has the power to help someone feel less alone.
